Søren Tyge Sørensen
Business lawyer with Supreme Court rights since 1984. Partner at Holck-Andersen & Tyge Sørensen, advising on company law, mergers, contract law, litigation, and arbitration. Board member of Sæther Nordic A/S since 1992 and chairman since 2023, when his wife and founder of SÆTHER, Ellinor Sæther, passed away. Chairman of E. Sæther Holding A/S and executive board member of Holles Holding ApS.
Pernille Krogh-Meyer
IT and technology executive with 20 years in leadership, technology, and data strategy, business intelligence, ERP, project and portfolio management and cyber security. Pernille holds a master’s degree in applied mathematics from DTU. On the SÆTHER board, she focuses on the business opportunities and risks related to digital, IT, and cybersecurity.
Lars Daugaard
Financial executive with 15+ years in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, corporate finance, and risk management. Strong in strategic planning and M&A.
Lars holds a master’s degree from Aarhus University and certificates from CBS, HBS and Wharton. On the SÆTHER board, he focuses on CFO, COO, and CRO areas of responsibility.
Torben Nørby
CEO and organizational development consultant with over 20 years of experience in strategy, organizations, and leadership development. Torben holds a Doctor of Business Administration from Henley Business School, UK, with a specialization in Organizational Performance and Contextual Leadership. As a SÆTHER board member, his focus is on strategy, organizational and business development, and on uniting people and business ambitions.
